I apologize to my dozen of readers for not having posted lately. I’ve been terribly busy fighting dragons and eating store-brand chocolate chips.
Look for a new short story soon. For now:
It’s too bad, because it seems like all the good guys get shot dead. For example, Jack Kennedy was shot just like his brother Bobby. Martin Luther King Jr. was shot, too. I don’t know about Martin Luther King Sr. or Martin Luther, but they weren’t as good as MLK Jr. anyway. Abe Lincoln was shot and so was John Lennon. Jonathan Taylor Thomas was not shot. Ronald Reagan was shot but didn’t die from it, probably because he wasn’t as good as the other ones. He died of Alzheimer’s, which is a terrible disease, but not an indicator of how good you were. Hunter S. Thompson was shot dead too, but he was the one who did the shooting. Then his ashes got blasted out of a giant two thumbed fist, but that is kind of a unique case.
