I majored in film at college and moved to Hollywood to pursue my dream of becoming a restaurant assistant manager. Did you know that only one half of one percent of people who try to become restaurant assistant managers actually realize their dream and become restaurant assistant managers? And even fewer still make it to head restaurant assistant manager. Here’s to hoping–and I promise, if I ever make it to the big time of restaurant assistant managing, I’ll assistant restaurant manage my memoir chronicling my ascent from restaurant assistant busboy to restaurant assistant manager.
